Thank you for choosing Crazy Jumps! These guidelines are designed to help keep everyone safe and ensure your event is full of fun, not accidents. Please read and follow the instructions below. If in doubt, use common sense — and if you’re unsure about anything, give us a ring!
The hirer is responsible for ensuring safe use of the bouncy castle at all times.
A responsible adult must supervise the bouncy castle while in use — no exceptions.
Unless you've hired an adult-specific inflatable, the bouncy castle is strictly for children aged 12 and under. Adults are not allowed on children's castles under any circumstances.
Children and adults must not use the bouncy castle at the same time.
Do not overcrowd the inflatable. Follow the maximum user guidance based on age and size.
Users must not bounce against walls, climb on the sides, or enter/exit recklessly.
No food, drinks, chewing gum, or messy items are allowed on or near the inflatable.
All shoes, glasses, jewellery, and sharp objects must be removed before use.
No face paints, silly string, confetti, coloured streamers, or party poppers on or near the castle. These can cause permanent staining.
No smoking, open flames, or BBQs near the equipment.
No pets allowed on or around the inflatable.
Never allow bouncing on the entrance/exit step – it’s a trip hazard.
Help keep the inflatable clean during use. Any excessive mess may result in a cleaning charge.
Users with neck, back, or joint issues, or anyone unwell or on medication, should not use the inflatable.
If the bouncy castle loses power at any point, switch off the blower at the mains and do not attempt to re-inflate until inspected.
Do not operate the blower during deflation or when the unit is not in use.
Ensure children are kept away from the blower, cables, and electrical equipment at all times.
No running or rough play around the outside of the inflatable.
If it begins to rain and there is no cover, switch off the blower and stop use immediately.
If the castle becomes wet, towel dry the surface before use. Bubbles and minor bubbling are normal.
If any equipment appears faulty, stop use immediately and contact us.
Do not tamper with the blower or any electrical parts.
The inflatable must be returned clean, dry, and undamaged. Excessive mess or damage may incur a fee or loss of deposit.
We hold full public liability insurance. However, any misuse or failure to follow this agreement voids that cover.
Crazy Jumps Bouncy Castles accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse of the equipment. It is the hirer's responsibility to supervise all users and ensure these guidelines are followed. If you're unsure about anything, call us directly on 07448 377467.
